The policy below outlines the efforts we make to help ensure all users privacy while accessing our website. Please read the following policy carefully so you have a better understanding of how each user's personal information will be used and treated if you choose to access our website.
Conditions and supplementary charges
Domestic arrivals
Allowed time: 30 minutes after flight’s arrival.
International arrivals
Allowed time: 45 minutes after flight’s arrival.
Supplementary waiting
Depending on the selected car, the rate will be divided by 15 minutes laps.
Regular service
Residence, office or other:
Allowed time: 15 minutes without charge.
Billing
- A 15% gratuity will be billed to all rides. Gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and any holiday surcharges that will be added and itemized on the customer's billing statement.
- The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable: two-way tolls, airport fees and? Cell phone usage.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
- All published rates are subject to change without notice.
- All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in Canadian. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellation and No Show Fees
- Cancellation of sedans will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 15% gratuity. (When we save a car for you then it is taken off the roster and we can not book it out again in most cases.)
- Cancellation of stretch limousines, stretch SUV limousines, with FOURTEEN DAYS (14 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
- Cancellation of coordinators with SEVEN DAYS (7 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS will be charged at the full rate.
- Cancellation of Prom and Wedding contracts with NINETY DAYS (90 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the full contract amount. In cases of no existing contract, the vehicles? Hourly minimum will be charged.
- A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 15% gratuity plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
- To avoid a 'no show' fee call 1-514-227-6243 if you cannot locate your vehicle.
Privacy Policy
What personal information will be collected?
We only collect information that users willingly and explicitly provide to us. There are a few areas within our site where users are asked to provide personal information. We only require information that will assist us to fulfill the requests and better understand the needs of each user. This information may include general profile information, address information, and credit card information for e-commerce transactions.
How is personal information used and who has access to that information?
The data we collect is simply used to provide willing users with the most up-to-date information and best service available. This may include conformation of e-commerce transactions, e-mail reservations confirmations, and special promotions. We will never share a user's personal information with anyone outside Montreal Limo Service except when necessary to fulfill the user's specific transportation requests or to resolve a dispute.
